google searched muslim guy...my sketch of the guy...
i had an idea about diversity/compassion/acceptance/and just being good human beings regardless of one's race, colour, creed, national origin, sexual orientation, religion or lack of...muslims as of late seem to get the wrong end of the hate stick...they are people...i don't think i know a better way to put it...i have not studied up on what Islam is all about, but it doesn't matter if the religion is wrong/right/false/or otherwise...these are people that happen to live in a different part of the world, people who also pray, eat (or try to), sleep, bleed, and other various actions that humans all partake in...it is so easy for humans to make someone out to be the "other" and make them into a boogie-man to be afraid of and hate...yes, some guys hijacked a plane and flew it into a building killing thousands...we don't forget that...but our soldiers are also over in "those" lands killing thousands...justified...i don't know...i don't claim to have a knowledgeable perspective...at least not enough to blame the troops or support them fully either...i'm more of a "live and let live" kind of person...i don't really feel we need to constantly be on a preemptive attack mode...anyway, enough ranting...
we should find a way to love all...or at least tolerate...not hate...not fear...but to acknowledge all are human here
